in June 2017, the company was established as DONDO - Insurance Services as it was based in Dondo district. Later the name was changed to DOSSE - Insurance Agent, the later was discontinued in 2021.

Update of the Name and Articles of Incorporation

Iin late 2021, the Company Changed its name to DOSSE -Consultants and Insurance Brokers and updated its Article of Incorporation on Government Gazette Serie III No. 158 of August 17, 2021.

On May 24, 2022, DOSSE - Consultants and Insurance Brokers services were certified by INNOQ on Quality Management System compliance, of which the certificate was officially awarded on June 3rd, 2022.

How do I get a Quotation?
To get a quotation, please click on “Request Quotation” under “Our Services” and choose which kind of insurance you would like to activate and the desired insurance company and add all the needed documents and your contacts and our team will provide you with the quotation As soon As possible.
Where is DOSSE based?
We are currently based in Beira, Sofala – Mozambique, but we can activate insurance for our customers all over the country. Our phisically address is Rua Major Serpa Pinto 1134A – Rooms 12B and 15, besides old offices of TVM.
How do you manage claims?
A part from having an agile and proactive team of Insurance managers, we have a computer assisted Claim’s Management System that we use to control the damages repairs and compensation from the Insurance Companies.
How much does it cost to have your services?
Our Services are free of charge, that is, nor the company, neither its managers charge for its services. Moreover, we provide support whenever our dear clients need it. In addition, we take charge of our clients’ control over insurance due dates and make them informed a month before the insurance policy is due.
What are the Advantages of Using DOSSE as an Insurance Broker?
A part from managing our clients’ insurances, DOSSE strives to make sure that our clients do not need to move the comfort of their houses to sort out matters related to insurance, our team of experienced managers take that role while our clients are rested in the comfort of their domiciles.
How long does it take for the person to receive the Policy upon payment?
Upon payment, the Policy, Certificate and the Receipt of same is provided by the concerned manager within 30 minutes or 1 hour after the payment depending on the case.
Which insurance company do you suggest?
DOSSE does not suggest a specified Insurance Company for its clients. However, we provide our clientes with a comparative list of premiums per Insurance Company and let our Client choose which to align with.
What are the types of insurance that you provide?
We work with all types of insurance from “Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance”, especially because we have partnerships with many Insurance Companies nationwide.
