Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

 Qualifications:
They must be at least:
·        An expert with an advanced degree in Sociology
·        An expert with an advanced degree in Anthropology
·        An expert with an advanced university degree in Statistics
·        All 03 must be national.
Professional experience:
For the Sociologist/Anthropologist:
·        Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting data production, data review, analysis and reporting, as well as equity issues.
For the Statistician:
·        Minimum 5 years of experience in data production management, data review, analysis and reporting.
For everyone:
·        Knowledge of the educational environment in Mozambique will be an advantage.
 Additional qualifications:
·        Knowledge of the “rights of the child” approach;
·        Ability to work with the government and facilitate communication between the various stakeholders;
·        Excellent ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
·        Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, in Portuguese, fluency in English is an advantage;
·         Sensitivity to diverse opinions and difficulties arising from different social and cultural perceptions;
·         Knowledge/mastery of local languages is an advantage.
·         The statistics expert should also have experience with SPSS, STATA or similar software.
