To be based in Beira, CONTRATUZ, Lda is recruiting for a Deputy Tourism Manager position.

 

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive management skills;
  • Ability to design contracts;
  • Ability to deal with pressure, multiple tasks simultaneously and demanding environment;
  • Leadership skills and team spirit;
  • Ability to design multi-sectorial plans and reports;
  • Strong organisational skills and solid knowledge of administrative procedures, archives and other administrative management systems;
  • Excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet;
  • Strong commercial tact, persuasive and negotiation skills;
  • Broad cross-business knowledge and respective sources / contacts; 

Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Tourism Animation or related field. 

Language:   Fluency in both English and Portuguese Language.                

DESIRED EXPERIENCES FOR THE ROLE

• Has more than 5 years’ experience in Tourism.
• Has implemented sightseeing tours.
