Short Description/ Purpose of Job

To ensure excellent service to the Client by processing transactions quickly, correctly and efficiently in accordance with the procedures in force at the Bank. These transactions involve movement of funds to and from Client accounts.

Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities


-Availability for Customer service after opening the Branch;

-Professional service, according to the standards established by the Bank;

-Ensure that requests made by Customers are clearly understood;

-Treating Customer information with the utmost confidentiality;

-Observance of the Rules and Procedures in force in the Bank;

-Perform your activities in accordance with risk and compliance requirements.


Requirements


-Minimum Grade 12.

-Knowledge of banking products (an advantage).

-Ability to work in a team.

-Computer literacy in user’s perspective.

-Ability to communicate interpersonally.

-Mastering of the Portuguese language (English is an advantage).
