Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Controlled Inventory:

• Ensure all stock can be accounted for;
• Capturing movement of stock on the system;
• Recommend optimal Warehouse layout;
• Prepares the system for cycle count;
• Replacements of marketing materials;
• Marketing material returns;
• Monitors stock for stock rotation and initiates the write-off of stock.

Administration Complied with SHEQ & GMP requirements:

• Compliance to all TCCMS requirements;
• Ensures compliance to 5S requirements.

Warehouse Layout preparation for SCM audit.

Material Creation in SAP and GRV’s .

Self manage

• Communicate professionally;
• Pro-actively encourage participation, problem solving and idea sharing in team meetings and daily interactions to continuously entrench thinking and application of WCM principles;
• Develop self-awareness.
