Minimum communication qualification
Experience and Skills

• Physically fit and able to carry out work throughout the day;
• Microsoft Excel;
• Minimum years relevant experience At least 1 year in the area
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours in case of major emergencies;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.

Desirable

• Be a self-motivated individual and humble in dealing with communities, colleagues and others who come into contact with Save the Children;
• Act ethically in the performance of their duties;
• Dynamic, Innovative and Creative;
  With ability to work under pressure and with availability to work whenever necessary outside normal office hours.

Essential

• Ability to work with a large diverse team of porters with different peronalities.
• Honest person who can work with staple foods without being tempted.
