Management of the human resources area for the Mozambique national programme.

Qualifications and Skills
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the proper management of the organization’s human resources;
- Carry out the staff recruitment process;
- Coordinate and support the staff evaluation process;
- Elaborate with the sectors the vacations plan;
- Elaborate the salary processing sheet and other expenses regarding the human resources sector (INSS, accommodation, daily allowances, salaries, travel and others);
- Supporting the implementation of the health and medical assistance plan
Management of staff insurance; - Actively support in the resolution of labour and staff conflicts;
Preparation and instruction of disciplinary processes, dismissals and payment of compensation; - Carrying out staff attendance control;
Carrying out the updating of the different staff contracts in accordance with the labour legislation and other provisions in force; - Ensuring the conditions for the integration of new staff;
- Participate in the process of updating the internal regulations;
- To design together with the sectors the staff’s education and training plans;
- Ensuring the internal and external mobility of staff;
- Management of travel, insurance, transport, etc.
- Management of expatriate staff visas
Coordinate the induction process of new staff with the different area heads, including: induction programme, coordination of trainings and meetings, induction contents, etc;
Keep up to date the salary table of the staff in the organization;
Perform other tasks for the development of the activities of the human resources area necessary for its proper functioning.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration, Law or related area.
- Complementary Training: 1) Negotiation; 2) Labor law; 3) Conflict resolution and influence.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in the area.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work as part of a team, independently and under pressure.
- Mastering of HR policies, payroll and planning;
- Knowledge of labour laws and context in Mozambique;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in general;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Dynamism and positive attitude;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Languages
- Indispensable: very high level or native Portuguese.
- Valued: high level of English or knowledge of local languages.

- Good behaviour and attitude.
- Leadership.
- Committed to the results of the organization.
