Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise work teams to ensure efficient and safe execution of construction activities.
• Conduct regular inspections at construction sites, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, analyse key performance indicators, and propose improvements to optimize construction processes.

Requirements:

• Degree from the Industrial Institute in “Civil Construction” ;
• Honours degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience of over 5 years in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management, including planning, cost control, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
