Qualifications and Skills

– Mastery of data and communications infrastructure;
– Application developments:
I. e-lisefor;
II. operations statistics;
III. enterprise Resource Management systems and functional processes;
IV. Portal (website);
V. integrated management system for operators and infrastructure
VI. Cyber-security;
Requirements
– Minimum of a honours’s degree (master’s degree is an advantage), in the areas of Information Technology, Software Engineering or related area, evidenced by the appropriate degree certificates;
– Have more than 5 years of experience in IT consulting, application development or similar areas.
– Hold at least 3 of the following certifications: (1) COBIT; (2) ITIL; (3) ISO 27000; (4) TOGAF, (5) CGEIT- Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT; (6) CRISC-Risk and Information Systems control; (7) CISM-Certified information security manager; (8) CISA-certified information security auditor.
