Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Qualifications and Skills

1 – A degree in a Social Sciences course (Anthropology, Demography, Geography, Psychology, Public Health, Sociology), or secondary education courses, or equivalent professional experience in the conduct of research interviews;
2. Previous experience in working on SSR/PF;
3. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision;
4. At least 2 years previous experience of conducting quantitative interviews
interviews;
5. Strong organisational skills;
6. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
7. Previous experience in interviews about sensitive or stigmatized behaviors will be a plus; and
8. Other duties as assigned by the study investigators and the study supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. have a thorough knowledge of the research protocol and operational manual
2. work with the Community Liaison Coordinator and outreach workers to identify and recruit participants for the face-to-face interviews and focus groups;
3. Obtain informed consent from individuals to be interviewed, ensure strict adherence to the principles of research ethics;
4. Interview individuals to obtain and document pertinent information in a standardized questionnaire;
5. Assist in gathering input/suggestions from participants if necessary. 5.Ensure the quality and confidentiality of data;
6. Conduct pre- and post-interview field trips to verify neighborhoods, landmarks or other locations of interest to the target population;
