Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Establish best-in-class customer prospecting;
  • Develop competitive sales plans and strategies;
  • Create high performance sales teams, training and KPI management;
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets;
  • Develop, execute and deliver quality-centred executive summary presentations;
  • Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits and overall product solutions;
  • Relate the value of the solution to the pains and gains for C-level customer management;
  • Develop and manage new clients through high quality, technical and professional client relationships;
  • Responsible for promoting customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the customer purchasing process, taking responsibility for each customer’s commercial agreement.


Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Management;
  • Proven experience in customer and stakeholder management;
  • Experience with a balance between business and technology and good knowledge of relevant technologies and applications;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Strong methodology for selling consultative and value-based solutions;
  • Strong entrepreneurial and solutions-based mindset.
