Key Requirements

  • Excellent mastery in the interpretation of terms of reference, preparation of proposals and execution of consultancies, mainly of economic and social nature;
  • Broad management skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting procedures;
  • Full knowledge of the national tax reporting calendar;
  • Mastery of administrative and human resources processes, including payroll taxes;
  • Ability to design contracts;
  • Excellent skills in dealing with a vast database, calculations and details;
  • Ability to handle pressure, multiple tasks simultaneously and demanding environment;
  • Leadership skills and team spirit;
  • Ability to design multi-sector plans and reports;
  • Strong organizational skills and solid knowledge of administrative procedures, filing and other administrative management systems;
  • Excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet;
  • Strong commercial tact, persuasive and negotiation skills;
  • Broad cross-business knowledge and respective sources / contacts;
  • Supreme professional integrity;
  • Excellent fluency of Portuguese and English;
  • Minimum of a degree in Economics; Economics and Management; Business Management, Accounting, Accounting and Auditing or related areas;
  • Being a Chartered Accountant from OCAM is an advantage;
  • Master’s Degree is desirable;
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant positions.
