Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Ensure the safety and good practices, time evaluation and scope of work requests prior to approval for the work management planning process;
• Provide advice, analysis and benchmark study of tools and consumables;
• Identify and implement initiatives that enable functional excellence and support business priorities for continuous improvement;
• Provide special assistance to the plant, BAOS and facilities in terms of safety and hygiene practices to guarantee a good workplace to the teams, end users and stakeholders;
• Prepares inputs on inventory to the budget for the Reduction department;
• Create and keep a good dashboard of weekly execution results to support prediction of future consumption;
• Control all tools and general consumption via Material Masters; 
• Ensure that discrepancies regarding to contractual agreements are communicated to the responsible supply specialist;
• Develop guidelines and cascade to the teams to ensure the correct usage of tools and consumables.

ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum 3 years’ working experience;
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English. 

Qualifications for this role are:

• Medium Technician or Administration Qualification.
