Short Description/ Purpose of the Job
To ensure excellent Customer service by processing transactions (movements and funds to and from Customers’ accounts) quickly, correctly and efficiently in accordance with current Bank procedures.
Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities
-Availability for Customer service at the opening of the Branch;
– Attend to Customers in a professional manner, according to the Bank’s standards;
-Ensure that the requests made by customers are clearly understood;
-Process the operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, operations of purchase and sale of currency and others) quickly and efficiently and without errors (differences);
-Handling all Customer information with extreme confidentiality;
-Observance of the Rules and Procedures in force in the Bank;
-Perform the activities considering the risk and compliance requirements;
Requirements
-Knowledge of banking products (an advantage);
-Ability to work in a team;
-Computer literacy in the user’s perspective;
-Attention to detail;
-Ability to communicate interpersonally.
-Good command of the Portuguese language (English is an advantage).
