Qualifications and Skills

The role of the Field Coordinator is to oversee the implementation of WV’s work in a defined geographical area, usually one or two Administrative Posts, providing leadership to the Development Officers (DO), liaising with the government at Administrative Post level, and facilitating relationships with other members of the Programme team.

The Field Coordinators are responsible for implementing project activities in their geographical area and supervising between 4 and 7 Development Officers.

The Field Coordinators are also the focal points for HEA and advocacy work within the District programme.
