A Brief Introduction to Our Company
CONTRATUZ, Lda's predecessor worked under the individual name of the current major shareholder.

From a modest passenger transport company, CONTRATUZ, Lda added cargo transport on its portfolio and later expanded to other interests like logistics, outsourcing; full-fledged licensing of companies and expatriates into Mozambique; general consultancy services including transport & logistics; tourism; and other activities of great interest to our customers.
It received its final registry title on 15th September 2008, having the respective articles of incorporation been published in the Government Gazette Nr. 4, Series III, of 23rd January of the same year.
Bearing in mind its steady growth, CONTRATUZ Lda updated its articles of incorporation to include various activities as its business mandates, having the last change been published in the Government Gazette Nr. 158, Series III, of 17th August 2021. As a result, the company is fully licensed to operate on, and is very active in its business segments.
On May 24, 2022, CONTRATUZ, Lda Business Lines and over 30 services provided herein were certified by INNOQ on Quality Management System compliance, of which the certificated was officially awarded on June 3rd, 2022.
With its aims in helping Small and Medium sized businesses with legal compliance and institutional growth, CONTRATUZ, Lda inaugurated on June 3, its Business Centre. Likewise, the Business Centre will help trainees in matching their theory and practice in a real working field.
CONTRATUZ, Lda is a Mozambican company whose roots date back from August 2004, when its predecessor worked under the individual name of the current major shareholder. As a result, the company is fully licensed to operate on, and is very active in the following business segments:
- Full-Fledged Labour Recruitment and Management;
- Stevedoring & Tally;
- Cleaning;
- Business Licencing and General Consultancy Works;
- Cargo and Passenger Transport;
Currently the company activities are divided into 4 departments, namely Consultancy, Finance and Administration; Outsourcing; Transport and Logistics; and Tourism. Each of these departments acts as a specialist company, geared by results orientation on its own.
