As part of our contribution to the empowerment of young Mozambicans, we are looking for final year students or recent graduates in Human Resources Management to fill one (1) internship vacancy in our Maputo office for a period of one (1) year.

Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Qualifications and Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering assistance to employees at national level through interaction and feedback;
  • Managing individual employee files;
  • Managing the physical and digital archive of all documentation relating to HR activities;
  • Scheduling and confirming interviews with potential candidates;
  • Identifying and participating in continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Forwarding files to legal entities;
  • Ensuring compliance with the Privacy and Data Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation;
  • Assist in the organisation of internal team building events and external local community events;
  • Preparing reports and updating control charts relating to HR activities.


Qualifications 
Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management;
    Be a final year student or recent university graduate with a grade point average of 14 or above;
  • Age 21 or over and no more than 35 years old;
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of Mozambican labour law;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese with basic knowledge of English;
  • User-friendly knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exel computer programmes;
  • Excellent communication skills with people from various social backgrounds and sensitivity to working cordially with people in highly vulnerable situations and in a multicultural environment;
  • Integrity and professionalism;
    Proactive attitude and excellent organisational skills;
    Immediate availability;
  • Reside in Maputo Province.
