Profile of the candidate

– Young people between 22 and 30 years old;

– Finalists or graduates in International Relations, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Political Sciences and related areas;

– Mastering of the office and internet package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft

– Teams);

– Notions of English;

– Availability to work full time.

– Excellent capacity for teamwork;

– Experience with volunteering, facilitation or activism;

Responsibilities

– Participate in all trainings related to the work and methodology;

– Facilitate sessions and workshops for groups;

– Ensure the learning and welcoming of the participants on the themes worked in the sessions;

– Report on work-related situations and propose solutions;

– Work in collaboration with the projects’ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team;

– Provide feedback for the constant evolution of the projects.
