Duties
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of applications;
Should be able to perform configuration of computer systems, install equipment and check the causes of faults in computer programming;
Manage the computerized environment, provide customer technical support and basic user training;
Establish and offer solutions for computerized environments, and research new technologies in computing;
1st (on-site) and 2nd line technical support (Helpdesk);
Help in the diagnosis of reported problems;
Broad scope of intervention, covering several IT areas: desktops, servers, applications, network administration, printing, among others.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications: 12 years plus specific technical training – Information Systems and Technology Course;
Knowledge of operating systems (installation, configuration) (Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Server 2012);
Domain of Servers (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.), folder permissions, map drive, centralized documents, routers, access points, vpn configuration, server installation (raid system), licensing, installation and configuration of network printers;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Antivirus;
Troubleshooting problems affecting PCs, printers, Windows OS, hardware, among others;
Experience in the maintenance of computer parks;
Notions of html/php/css and wordpress;
Domain in Computer Network Administration – Preferably have CCNA Course;
Routing concepts, routing between VLANs, static routing and dynamic routing;
Resolution of problems related to software/hardware in servers and workstations;
Preventive maintenance;
Ability to work and adapt to multicultural environments;
Very strong interpersonal relationship skills;
Good teamwork skills;
Spirit of initiative, proactivity, dynamism and rigour;
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
Client-orientation;
Mastery of the English language will be an advantage.
