SAMCOL (Sociedade de Armazenamento e Manuseamento de Combustiveis Liquidos) is a petroleum products storage company based in Mozambique, 100% owned by TotalEnergies. The products it stores are shipped to Mozambique and to neighbouring countries. SAMCOL has 3 oil terminals in Maputo, Beira and Nacala.

The Beira depot is particularly concerned, with many works to be carried out: TotalEnergies has decided to open a VIE position to strengthen the local teams and assist the Operations Director.

The Beira depot is particularly concerned, with many works to be carried out: TotalEnergies has decided to open a VIE position to strengthen the local teams and assist the Operations Director.
You will be trained by a French expert on the Beira depot, and your missions will be:
- Follow the work that will take place for 2 years;
- Be involved in operational safety;
- Participate in the implementation of technical standards and operations;
- Participate in the implementation of preventive maintenance;
- Manage via Lean Management (OBEYA, MVP).

Context and environment
The candidate will be based 95% in Beira, 1 trip per month to Maputo.
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the affiliate will provide an accomodation.

Candidate profile
Expected qualifications:
Engineering Degree (electromechanics)
Technical skills:
Skills in Mechanical / Electrical field and Maintenance
Some knowledge of Lean Management is a plus
Computing skills:
Knowledge of Pack Office
Languages:
Portugese: level C1 (part of the team speaks neither English nor French)
English: level C1
French: level B2/C1
DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Engineering Degree (electromechanics)
Technical skills:
Skills in Mechanical / Electrical field and Maintenance
Some knowledge of Lean Management is a plus
