Key Responsibilities:
The role of the P&C Assistant is to assist in the execution of Human Resources tasks at Province level. This involves the area of recruitment, labour relations and personnel administration, ensuring the effective implementation of personnel policies at Province level. Communicate the core values of World Vision and demonstrate a spiritual quality of life that sets an example for the staff at large.
Academic Qualifications
Medium level or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is a preferred factor;
Knowledge of labour legislation, INSS and IRPS.
Experience
At least 2 years of work experience preferably in the area of human resources.
Skills
Good written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship skills;
Strong skills in computer areas in environments such as Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to perform payroll calculations;
Emotional maturity and ability to manage issues with confidentiality;
Ability to work in a team environment while ensuring objectivity in managing employee affairs;
Detail focused and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
