I. Introduction
The current market dynamics and the continuous growth of the company demand to a certain extent the improvement and standardization of procedures with regards to hygiene, health and safety and at work, in order to ensure its employee’s integrity as well as that of people who get in contact with the company, with special focus on our prestigious clients and estimated suppliers.
II. Objectives
The main objective of this manual is concerned with the provision of a reference to the employees, clients, suppliers and other entities that interact with CONTRATUZ, Lda and associated companies such as DOSSE – Correctora de Seguros Lda, as well as Sofala Wonders, Lda in matters of hygiene, health and safety at work, reducing consequently the occurrence of incidents; as well as providing accidents’ management platform, in case they occur.
III. Scope
This document is applicable to CONTRATUZ, Lda employees and facilities, as well as of the associated firms such as DOSSE – Correctora de Seguros, Lda and Sofala Wonders, Lda. Consequently, visitors and partners who access the referred facilities are subject to the observance of this instrument.
