Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times and serve as a liaison between the customer and Engie.
• Ensure all customers have an excellent end-to-end experience, resolve customer concerns as well as questions, complaints and diagnose technical issues for customers.
• Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and develop customer service skills.
• Monitor customer issues and needs to anticipate enquiries and respond to problems immediately as they occur.
• Manage stock movement in Service Centres, provide support to stock controllers and ensure all loss reports are signed off and submitted on time.

Knowledge & Skills
Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Be a local resident.
  Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Ability to think critically, and solve problems;
• Proficiency in local languages.

Qualifications:

• High School level or equivalent.

Languages:

• Portuguese (fluent)
• Shangana (advantage)
