Short Description/ Purpose of the Job
oca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Store Clerk at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Matola-Gare Plant, leading producer of various flavors in Mozambique for the last 29 years. This position reports directly to the Country Channel & Trade Marketing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the guarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock control processes & procedures.
Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
Controlled Inventory:
- Ensure all stock can be accounted for;
- Capturing movement of stock on the system;
- Recommend optimal Warehouse layout;
- Prepares the system for cycle count;
- Replacements of marketing materials;
- Marketing material returns;
- Monitors stock for stock rotation and initiates the write-off of stock.
Administration Complied with SHEQ & GMP requirements:
- Compliance to all TCCMS requirements;
- Ensures compliance to 5S requirements.
Warehouse Layout preparation for SCM audit.
Material Creation in SAP and GRV’s .
Self manage
- Communicate professionally;
- Pro-actively encourage participation, problem solving and idea sharing in team meetings and daily interactions to continuously entrench thinking and application of WCM principles;
- Develop self-awareness.
