Qualifications and Skills

Leadership Trainer (1 Vacancy).
– Minimum Honours degree in Management, Leadership, or related areas, Master’s degree is an advantage;
– Experience in training in workshop format and mentoring sessions;
– At least 5 years proven experience of a lot of activity in the area and in trainings in Leadership or similar areas;
– Solid knowledge in leadership tools and models;
– Mentoring skills;
– Fluent Portuguese speaker (Mandatory); English is an advantage;

Trainer in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (1 Vacancy)
– Minimum Honours degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related areas, Master’s degree is an advantage;
– Experience in trainings in workshop format and mentoring sessions;
– At least 5 years of proven experience of a lot of activity in the area and in trainings on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion or similar areas;
– Knowledge in approaches and framework of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion;
– Knowledge of Gender Based Violence;
– Appropriate skills and methodologies to deliver training;
– Mentoring skills;
– Fluent Portuguese speaker (Mandatory); English is an advantage;

Women Empowerment Trainer (1 Vacancy)
– Minimum of Honours degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage;
– Experience in trainings in workshop format and mentoring sessions;
– Minimum 5 years of proven track record of being very active and in capacity building in Women’s Empowerment or similar areas;
– Sound knowledge of the concepts and framework of Women’s Empowerment and accountability and conscious use of power.
– Mentoring skills;
– Fluent Portuguese language speaker (Mandatory); English is an advantage.
