Essential Requirements
1. Team Leader
– Master’s degree (minimum) in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogy, Public Health, or a related field;
– Minimum of 12 years’ experience in leading, designing and implementing programmes focused on youth and/or girls’ empowerment, community engagement, education or related areas, preferably in Mozambique;
– Be fluent in Portuguese and English;
– Have in-depth knowledge of the institutional, social and cultural reality of Mozambique;
– Leadership Skills and Team Spirit;
– High Professional Integrity;

2. Gender and GBV/EAS/AS Prevention Specialist
Essential Requirements
– Licentiate Degree in Education, Sociology, Health Sciences or other related fields, combined with relevant professional experience;
– Minimum of 10 years’ experience responding to survivor-centred incidents of Gender-Based Violence (GBV);
– Have proven experience in promoting case management and counselling services on Violence Against Children (VaC) and GBV and preventing the occurrence of GBV incidents.
– Leadership Skills and Team Spirit;
– 8 years of relevant professional experience in implementing education projects and on girl empowerment in school and community, Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), combating early marriages and GBV;
– At least 6 years’ experience in training, community mobilisation and advocacy on girl’s empowerment and retention in school and dissemination of mechanisms for reporting cases of GBV and VaC;
– Be fluent in Portuguese, English and have an in-depth knowledge of the institutional, social and cultural reality of Mozambique.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Essential Requirements
– Have at least a licentiate degree in Economics, Geography, Statistics or Public Health, or a related field;
– A minimum of 8 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and production of M&E reports;
– Be fluent in Portuguese and English and have a in-depth knowledge of Mozambique’s institutional, social and cultural reality.
– Experience in impact evaluations will be considered an advantage.

4. Community Engagement Specialist
Essential Requirements
– Have at least a licentiate degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Public Health, Community Development or a related field;
– Minimum of 8 years’ experience (preferably in Mozambique) in Advocacy, Community Mobilisation and Communication for Social and Behavioural Change in the context of Sexual and Reproductive Health of Adolescents and Youth Women;
– Be fluent in Portuguese, English and at least one local language spoken in Mozambique, and have in-depth knowledge of the institutional, social and cultural reality of Mozambique.

5. Training Specialist
Essential Requirements
– Have at least a degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or Educational Sciences;
– A minimum of 10 years’ experience in designing training packages and acting as a Trainer of Trainers in Education, Gender, GBV, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Communication programmes for social and behavioural change in the community and among adolescents and youth;
– Experience in facilitation techniques for seminars;
– Fluency in Portuguese, English and an in-depth knowledge of the institutional, social and cultural reality of Mozambique.
