Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Nutrition or related areas.
• Or a degree in public health, nutrition, business management and administration;

Experience and Skills

Essential

• Over 5 years of experience in project management in international NGOs and managing complex public health projects.
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills and written/verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to compile high quality reports
• Deep understanding of gender concepts and their impact related to health and
• Excellent activity planning skills, including monthly, quarterly and annual PID development.
• Strong teamwork skills: managing, leading and motivating groups in planning and working in an integrated manner and with a high level of dedication to the target groups.
• High sense of responsibility and dedication to the task.
• High sense of discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
