Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements

• Excellent command of human resources management and ability to deal with workers from different backgrounds;
• Great management skills and focus on continuous process improvements;
• In-depth knowledge of national labour legislation;
• Extensive command of the national labour market, its projections and contacts with sources;
• Ability to generate complex plans and reports;
• Excellent skills in dealing with a vast database, complex Excel calculations and details;
• Ability to design employment and commercial contracts;
• Great commercial tact and persuasive skills;
• Excellent fluency of Portuguese and English;
• Advanced command of Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet;
• Leadership skills and team spirit;
• Strong professional integrity;
• Minimum of a University Degree in Human Resources Management; Business Administration, Law or similar areas;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions;
