Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager B2B, with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving challenging goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Deep knowledge of sales principles and closing techniques, combined with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, using them to guide informed decision-making and implement improvements.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on targets and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.
