ROLE MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Perform basic and routine analytical activities.
• Assist the General Accounting team with their activities.
• Assisting in gathering information for internal and external requests
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements associated with the function
• Adheres to and applies proper accounting and financial recording standards

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES        
Responsibilities of the Position shall include but not limited to following:

• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with the Fixed Asset count and reconciliation
• Assist in gathering the information for FI accruals
• Assist the team with closure activities
• Organize the accounting archive
• Assist with open items clearing

Context and environment

• Develop experience working on a wide variety of Accounting subjects
• Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative, highly international office environment
• Work alongside a highly experienced Finance Team

Candidate profile

A final year student or recent graduate in a Finance or Accounting discipline, with no more than one years professional experience.
 

• Attention to detail and solid organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
• Fluent Portuguese and English, French knowledge useful
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
