Mission
Perform duties shared between the Corporate Secretary and Galp’s Compliance team.
Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the compliance plan, by carrying out monitoring actions on the risks and controls in the processes with compliance risk, namely in the prevention of corruption;
- Evaluation of compliance in the reception and offer of hospitality and management of conflicts of interest;
- Stimulating the communication of good compliance practices and carrying out on-site training;
- Provide corporate support to Galp group companies, namely in decision making by the corporate bodies and in the performance of acts as company secretary/council secretary (including minutes, powers of attorney, commercial registration).
Requirements
- Completed Law degree, registered at the Bar Association;
- Availability to travel;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Initiative, willingness to learn and cooperate with the team;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
