Qualifications and Skills

Duties:

The project aims to work with beneficiaries (Women) with a focus on economic empowerment in the area of agriculture agri-food, vegetables, fruit and Beekeeping with groups of Associations developing the production chains of vegetables, fruit and honey at the level of the Districts mentioned above.

Requirements:

Agronomy Technician

– Intermediate level in agricultural sciences or other related areas;
– At least 5 years’ experience in agricultural extension, with a focus on the vegetable and fruit value chain is an advantage;
– Motorbike driving licence;
– Fluent in local languages is an advantage

Forestry Technician
– Intermediate level in forestry and wildlife or related areas;
– At least 5 years’ experience in beekeeping with a focus on the honey value chain;
– Motorbike driving licence;
– Fluency in local languages is an advantage.
