Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• Knowledge of English (speaking and reading);
• Computer Expertise;
• 01 year’s experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Making reservations and issuing tickets via the system;
• Collecting tickets and licences and issuing supporting documents;
• Providing assistance at check-in in the event of passengers not being accepted;
• Answering customer enquiries via calls and emails;
• Drawing up sales charts and reports.

• Appropriate appearance at all selection stages.
