Short Description/ Purpose of Job
The Human Resources Directorate of LAM, SA, is calling for applications to fill two (02) PASSENGER SALES TECHNICIAN vacancies.
Unit: Sales Department
Workplace: Quelimane National Office
Objective: to issue tickets and make reservations in the System, based on customer needs and available flights.
Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Knowledge of English (speaking and reading);
- Computer Expertise;
- 01 year’s experience in Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Making reservations and issuing tickets via the system;
- Collecting tickets and licences and issuing supporting documents;
- Providing assistance at check-in in the event of passengers not being accepted;
- Answering customer enquiries via calls and emails;
- Drawing up sales charts and reports.
Conditions for Admission:
- Appropriate appearance at all selection stages.

- Salary in accordance with the company’s salary policy.

- Letter of Expression of Interest addressed to the Human Resources Director;
- Detailed and up-to-date CV, accompanied by the relevant certificates;
- ID card, proof of military status and proof of residence in the city of Quelimane.
