Duties

• Prepare and assist in the filing of department documents;
• Use PRIMAVERA to issue invoices and receipts;
• Have skills in doing bookkeeping using PRIMAVERA;
• Organize documents related to the company’s accounting;
• Carry out monthly reports of sales documents;
• Control bookkeeping to ensure accuracy;
  Maintain communication and linkage with related entities;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• To be female;
• Age between 30-45;
• Minimum of four (4) years related experience;
• Experience working with PRIMAVERA; at least two years in accounting and knowledge in taxation;
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Portuguese;
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
