Key Requirements

•  Excellent command of Human Resources and Labor Law
• Broad management skills;
•  Deep knowledge of Human Resources Management procedures;
• Mastery of administrative and human resources processes, including payroll taxes,
• Ability to design contracts;
• Excellent skills in dealing with a vast database, calculations and details;
• Ability to handle pressure, multiple tasks simultaneously, and demanding environment;
•  Leadership skills and team spirit;
• Ability to design multi-sector plans and reports;
• Strong organizational skills and solid knowledge of administrative procedures, filing and other administrative management systems;
• Excellent command of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet;
• Strong business acumen, persuasive and negotiation skills;
• Broad cross-business knowledge and respective sources/contacts;
• Supreme professional integrity;
•  Excellent fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management; Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields;
• Master’s degree is desirable;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions.
