Qualifications and Skills

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Stable character, emotional balance, and good physical health;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to promote and ensure the quality of the educational process to guarantee the well-being of children;
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, as well as emotional stability, in various professional circumstances;
• Ability to encourage the active involvement of children in their learning and development processes;
• Ability to identify and support children with special educational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 25 years old;
• Residing in the city of Pemba or being a native of Cabo Delgado Province is an advantage;
• A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Sciences;
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the above-mentioned fields;
• Knowledge of local languages and English is an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems: Windows, Excel, Internet.
