Key Responsibilities:

1) Maintain all RCs information in the system; upload data of children’s greeting videos, children’s photo, children’s history and cover letter and all newly registered children; upload all data including children’s photos, GNs, all correspondence, questions and special events.

2) Receive data files from sponsorship products, upload and print reports.

3. Review data files to identify holds and ensure holds are processed within 90 days

4) Receive correspondence from sponsors, including letters and GNs, input data into sponsorship system, generate control forms, translate and send to AP;

5) Follow up on progress of responses from children; identify correspondence in the process of being delayed to enable Development Officers and Child Monitors to follow up within deadlines.

6) Receive responses from AP, input into system, translate and send to SO.

7. Generate a list of RCs that need to be visited on a monthly basis, and ensure that field staff know the deadlines of these.

8. Enter all RC monitoring information into the system, including attendance, participation, health, education and protection issues. Keep a monthly record of monitoring progress, and identify where follow-up monitoring is required.

Provide biweekly reports to Development Officers regarding gaps

9. Generate monthly reports of sponsorship activities and give them to the Sponsorship Coordinator; highlight any problems in the report that do not reflect the actual situation in the community;

10.Participate in the programme design process to ensure that sponsorship is well understood and properly considered during project design, considering sponsorship as an asset for children. Advise on opportunities to integrate sponsorship during project planning, including sponsorship processes in sector projects to enable sponsorship work not to happen in isolation.
