Job Title:  Tourism Officer

Short Description/ Purpose of Job

The Tourism Officer will be based in Beira.

Main Activities:

  • Develop the Tourism Segment of the Company;
  • Managing the Tourism Department;
  • Assist in the Detailed Planning of Tourism Assets;
  • Management of Tourist Assets;
  • Designing and Promoting Tourist Packages;
  • Liaison and Communication with National and International Tour Chains.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality and Tourism; Master’s Degree is An Advantage;
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience Desirable;
  • In-depth Knowledge of National and International Tourism Chains;
  • Strong Knowledge of National Tourism Assets;
  • Strong Skills in Designing and Selling Tour Packages;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Knowledge of French is an advantage;
  • Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet;
  • Team Spirit and Leadership;
  • Strong Marketing Skills;
  • Strong Communication and Influencing Skills;
  • High Level of Integrity.
