For a technical and professional training project, CONTRATUZ Lda seeks for one of its clients, professionals with the following qualifications:

Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities

Management and Leadership (5 Vacancies)
– Experience in teaching using visual information and practical content;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management and Leadership or similar areas;
– Experience in dealing with different social groups;
– Knowledge of 1 or more local languages of the Provinces of Sofala and Manica;
– Ability to manage conflicts/differences.

Management and Entrepreneurship (05 Vacancies)
– Experience in teaching using visual information and practical content;
– Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Entrepreneurship or similar areas;
– Experience in dealing with different social groups;
– Knowledge of 1 or more local languages of the Provinces of Sofala and Manica;
– Experience in elaborating and managing self-employment projects.

Health and Safety at Work (03 Vacancies)
– Experience in teaching using visual information and practical content;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health and Safety at Work or similar areas;
– Experience in dealing with different social groups;
– Knowledge of 1 or more local languages of the Provinces of Sofala and Manica;
– Ability to guide the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE);
– Identification of personal accident risks, material and environmental, and implementation of mitigation measures.

Human Resources Management (03 Vacancies)
– Experience in Teaching using visual information and practical content;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or similar areas;
– Experience in dealing with different social groups;
– Knowledge of 1 or more local languages of the Provinces of Sofala and Manica;
– Knowledge of Labour Legislation;
– Knowledge of the elements of remuneration.

Culinary and Confectionary (3 Positions)

– Experience in teaching using visual information and practical content;
– Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Nutrition, Cookery and Confectionery or similar areas;
– Experience in dealing with different social groups;
– Speaker of 1 or more local languages of Sofala and Manica Provinces.
