Qualifications

• The potential candidate must have a minimum of a 12th grade education with some basic warehouse training and proven relevant experience.

Experience and Skills

Essential

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a related field, preferably with an NGO working in warehouse management with a storage capacity of 2000MT;
• Ability to supervise loaders to offload trucks during port receipts in order to avoid duplication costs;
• Good command of oral and written maths is a must;
• This position requires a mature, self-taught candidate with dedication and the ability to work with little or no supervision;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours in the event of major emergencies;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and linguistic difficulties;
• Able to work long hours while receiving goods;
