As part of its consultancy work, CONTRATUZ, Lda is looking to recruit senior staff in the following areas: Team Leader; Senior Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) Consultants; Senior Organisational Development and HR Consultants.

Profile and Responsibilities of the Team Leader
Profile:
The Team Leader must have a background in Management and Development, with at least 15 years’ experience working in human and institutional capacity building, of which at least 10 years in public sector institutions. Preferably have experience working in the Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) and Education sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer packages: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, speaking English is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Identify public and private institutions for the study;
– Leading and coordinating the team of consultants and issuing correspondence;
– Identifying the needs of the tasks to be carried out;
– Ensure that pre-established goals and deadlines are met;
– Drawing up the activity plan;
– Draw up the report for each phase/stage of the activities, including the final report;
– Participate in meetings / events (meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.) in areas related to the activities of the study at district and provincial level.
Profile and Responsibilities of the Senior WASH Consultant
Profile:
The Senior WASH Consultant must have solid training and experience in WASH, with at least 10 years’ experience in WASH sector development, institutional capacity building and strong experience with the Mozambique Education System. Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, speaking English is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and develop WASH policies and programmes;
– Plan and implement education-related activities in Mozambique;
– Coordinate activities with other organisations involved in this work;
– Implement strategies and activities to achieve the expected results of the Study;
– Supervising, monitoring and evaluating field activities in order to ensure that the main objective of the study is achieved;
– Identify the list of training institutions and training modules, as well as the budget to introduce the training in the selected institutions.
– Draw up activity reports.
Profile and Responsibilities of the Senior HR and Organisational Development Consultant
Profile:
The Consultant must have solid experience in organisational and HR development, with at least 10 years in consultancies and/or advisory services in improving Management Systems and Processes in Mozambique, preferably for public sector institutions. Mastery of Microsoft Office computer packages: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, speaking English is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Participate in and define training needs with the evolving areas;
– Preparing manuals and relevant materials for lectures;
– Supporting the implementation of the organisational model;
– Elaborate, define the scope, participate in and monitor the implementation of projects.
General Requirements:
– Minimum Master’s degree, evidenced by Certificates of Educational Qualifications;
